太原市杏花岭区离退休干部老年痴呆症现状调查及分析

目的：以太原市杏花岭区离退休干部老年痴呆症为代表,调研本地区老年痴呆症的发病特点.方法：随机调查太原市杏花岭区离退休干部老年痴呆症患者45例,从发病年龄、病程、情志特点、舌脉情况、全身相关症状、中医证型分布、脏腑定位等方面进行调研并进行总结.结果：本地区离退休干部老年痴呆症患者的年龄段以65～75岁为多,76岁以上较少,病程以6～10年为多,1～5年次之,大于11年的较少;情志特点以抑郁内向者最多,其次为急躁易怒和焦虑,而平和及开朗者极少;舌脉象显示本地区老年痴呆症患者呈现虚证较多,而阳气虚者多于阴虚火旺者,再其次表现为脾虚痰湿者,而瘀血表现的较少;主要相关症状覆盖了智能改变、人格改变,生活自理能力下降三个方面;证型以髓海不足及肝肾亏虚最多,其次为脾肾两虚及痰浊阻窍,而心肝火旺和气滞血瘀相对较少;脏腑定位以肝脾肾为主,最后波及于心.结论：本地区老年痴呆症和年龄具有密切的正相关,而且缠绵难愈,其心身疾病互为恶性循环.患者呈现虚证较多,整体生存质量的下降.肾精髓海的空虚为主因,后期伤脾生痰,最后致瘀而波及心神.总之本地区离退休干部的老年痴呆症具有明显的普遍性特征,希据此规律可以对其治疗提供启发和帮助.

Objective： A part of retired personnel in Taiyuan city Xinghualing district suffering alzheimer＇s disease is representative. Research clinical features of alzheimer＇s disease in the region. Methods： Randomly research 45 cases of retired personnel in Taiyuan city Xinghualing district suffering alzheimer＇s disease. Summarize and research on patient＇s condition from incidence age, disease, emotional characteristics, tongue and pulse condition, systemic symptoms, TCM syndrome distribution, location organs, et al. Result： Most of the paticnts age is 65-75 years old, few is more than 76 years old, course of disease is much of 6-10 years, a part of them is 1-5 years, more than 11 years is rare; emotional features is depression within, second is irritability and anxiety, a few of patients is peaceful and cheerful; Tongue shows that the region showed deficiency in patients with alzheimer＇s disease more, second is spleen asthenia, patients stasis is few; The main symptoms cover three sides of smart changes, personality changes and decline in self-care ability; Much is liver and kidney deficiency, second is spleen and kidney deficiency plus Tanzhuo, few is heart and liver prosperous; location organs is major of liver, spleen and kidney, heart is hurt at last. Conclusion： In the region alzheimer＇s disease and age is positively correlated. Much of patients appear deficiency and decline in quality of life. Kidney asthenia is main reason, hurting spleen lead to heart. Overall retired personnel suffering alzheimer ＇s disease is obvious universal character in the region. In this way hope to inspiration and help treatment.
