| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨甲氨喋呤静脉给药配合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的疗效.方法：将48例异位妊娠患者随机分为米非司酮联合甲氨喋呤治疗组（治疗组）和单用甲氨蝶呤治疗组（对照组）,对两组疗效及不良反应进行比较.结果：甲氨喋呤静脉给药配合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的成功率达91.7%.使91.7%的病人免受了手术的痛苦.结论：甲氨喋呤静脉给药配合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的成功率高而且安全有效.

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate effects of treating ectopic pregnancy with nifepristone plus methotrexate. Methods： To choose 48 patients with ectopic pregnancy randomly divide into the nifepristone plus methotrexate group （treatment group） and methotrexate group （control group）, to compare the effect and adverse reactions of two groups. Result： Taking the nifepristone plus methotrexate treating ectopic pregnancy the success rate for 91.7%. Conclusion： Treating ectopic pregnancy with nifepristone plus methotrexate has a good effect. |
