| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年支气管哮喘患者应用氧气雾化吸入疗效临床观察及护理。方法：采用SW-Ⅱ型射流式医用氧气雾化器，监测老年支气管哮喘患者症状。结果：老年支气管哮喘患者更适合使用氧气雾化吸入，能有效达到稀释痰液，排痰，消炎，改善通气功能，改善供氧、消除气管、支气管痉挛。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate of clinical observation and nursing of treating old asthma by oxygen inhalation. Methods： Taking SW-Ⅱ type of medical oxygen jet atomizer, monitoring of elderly patients with symptoms of bronchial asthma. Results： The patients with old asthma suit oxygen inhalation, it can effectively achieve the dilution of sputum, expectoration, anti-inflammatory, improve the ventilation function, improve oxygen supply, elimination of the trachea, bronchial spasm. |
