选择性多功能调控输血输液器的研制及临床应用

静脉输液、输血是临床治疗疾病、抢救危重患者的重要措施之一，及时有效地输液可为抢救患者生命赢得时间，目前，临床上常月的输液器为单管，只能用于滴注一种液体，不能根据临床需要使两瓶液体同时或先后（交替）滴入，且容易因反复插入瓶口造成污染。研制了一次性、选择性、多功能调控输血输液器，在输液或输血时只需建立一条静脉通道，便可实现多种输液要求，并减少了污染机会，减轻了患者心理负担及护理人员的工作强度，经临床1000例次试用，效果良好。

The research and clinical aplication of selective multifunctional adjustable transfusion system.

Intraveinous transfusion is an important measure in rescuing criticalpatients. It can save time for rescuing the patients' life. By now, we have use mono tubetransfusion system, it can't transfuse two bottle liquid at one time, or alternatively, evenmore, recurrent use may induce infection. We have researched so called selectivemultifunctional adjustable transfusion system. It can perfuse blood and liquid through onlyone veinous canal,and reduce contamination,lower patients' psychological burden,make ourwork easier. We have used it on 1000 cases,it show good result.
