| 摘 要： | 目的：观察肝叶切除在肝门部胆管癌根治术的疗效，探讨联合应用肝叶切除的意义和方法。方法：总结1991年9月－2001年9月10例肝门部胆管癌根治术中联合肝叶切除的情况。结果：本组无手术死亡，术后并发症少，疗效满意。结论：肝叶切除在肝门部胆管癌中有重要意义。其选用根据术中探查及肝功能情况等综合考虑，肝动脉、门静脉受浸润仍有可能考虑行根治术。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of hepatectomy in the treatment of hilar cholangiocarcinoma(HCC) Methods: From Sept 1991 to Sept 2001, the curative resection compined with hepatectomy in 10 cases with HCV was analysed Results: There was no operative cleath in the group, the complicutions were less, the effect of the treatment was better Conclusion: Hepatectomy had an important significance, it should be decided according to the examination in the operation and evaluation of liver function etc, it might also be used in patients with tumor involving hepatic artery and portal vein |
