羟基磷灰石半球植入矫正复发性眼窝凹陷

目的：眼窝内羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术后,少部分患者再度出现较明显的眼窝凹陷,我们设计羟基磷灰石半球填充术为患者进一步改善外观。方法：自球结膜中央水平切开结膜,结膜下组织（包括原来的巩膜）,沿义眼台表面向上下分离至赤道部,将帽状羟基磷灰石半球植于原义眼台前面,分层缝合结膜下组织及结膜。结果：23例患者术后外观满意,观察6－18个月疗效稳定,无义眼台移位,上睑下垂等并发症。结论：羟基磷灰石半球填充术是治疗羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术后中重度复发性眼窝凹陷的一种简便有效的手术。

Hemisphere of hydroxyapatite for reconstruction of recurrent sunken eye after the placement of artificial globe

Objective:After the placement of intraorbital implant (artificial globe,made of hydroxyapatite) ,some patients may have a recurrent sunken eye.We designed a technique of implantation of a hemisphere of hydroxyapatite to make better cosmetic result. Methods:Making an incision in the middle of conjunctive of the globe.Dissecting along the surface of the implant of the artificial globe,then place a hemisphere- shaped implant,which was made of hydroxyapatite in frontof the artificial globe. Results:2 3patients with recurrent sunken eye had gotten good cosmetic results,withoutcomplications as ptosis,displacement of the intraorbital implant,rejection of the implant,and infection. Conclusions:Implantation of a hemisphere of hydroxyapatite is a good method to reconstructing the recurrent sunken eye after orbital implantplacement.
