中医治疗乳腺增生病后的临床表现及X线影像改变观察

目的:探讨中医在治疗乳腺增生病中的意义。方法:观察及对比200例乳腺增生病经中医治疗半年或1年前后的临床表现及X线影像改变情况。结果:200例乳腺增生病经中医治疗后,疼痛减轻或消失196例,占98.0%;肿块缩小或消失167例,占94.9%;触及结节减少或消失193例,占96.5%;溢液减少或消失40例,占93.0%。X线影像:腺体密度减低172例,占86.0%;结节影减少或消失192例,占96.0%;团块影缩小或消失157例,占89.2%;导管影变细或消失117例,占92.9%;腺体结构变清晰173例,占86.5%。结论:中医治疗乳腺增生病的疗效是肯定的,乳腺钼钯X线摄片是乳腺增生病疗效观察的有效检查方法。

Clinical manifestations and X-ray changes of breast hyperplasia after traditional Chinese medicine treatment

Objective:To discuss the significance of traditional Chinese medicine in treating breast hyperplasia.Methods: Observed and contrasted the clinical manifestations and X-ray changes in 200 cases who were treated by traditional Chinese medicine for half or a year.Results: After traditional Chinese medicine treatment:(1) clinical manifestations: there were 196 cases whose pain alleviated or disappeared(98.0%);167 cases whose lumps diminished or disappeared(94.9%);193 cases whose nodules decreased or disappeared(96.5%);40 cases whose exudation from duct abated or disappeared(93%).(2) X-ray images: 172 cases whose breast density descended (86%);192 cases whose nodules attenuated or disappeared(96%);157 cases whose lumps diminished or disappeared(89.2%);117 cases whose ducts came thin or disappear(92.9%);173 cases whose structure of breast came clear(86.5%).Conclusion: The treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine was affirmative and mammography was useful to observe the treatment effect of breast hyperplasia.
