| 摘 要： | 目的:研究重庆居民2周患病未治疗的情况及影响因素.方法:利用2008年卫生服务调查的家庭健康询问调查数据,以年龄、家庭经济水平、教育、到医疗机构时间、医疗保险、疾病严重程度、疾病发生时间、地区等指标,分析评价重庆2周病伤患者的治疗行为及影响因素.结果:重庆市未就诊的两周病伤患者44.81%采取按照医生处方进行自我治疗;年龄,家庭经济状况,2周病伤严重程度,慢病和城乡差异是居民患病而未治疗的影响因素.结论:为满足居民的医疗卫生服务需求,应完善基层医疗机构的建设,实行全民医保和贫困医疗救助,重视中青年健康隐患,进行健康教育和用药指导,提倡良好的生活行为方式.
