摘    要:目的:了解脑卒中患者血一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素(ET)含量,并探讨其与病程、病灶大小及预后的关系。方法:采用硝酸还原酶法测定血清NO的代谢产物NO2^-和NO3^-含量;采用特异性放射免疫法测定血浆ET含量。结果:3种性质不同的脑卒中患者急性期血NO、ET含量无差异(P均〉0.05),但与正常对照组比较均有显著性差异(P均〈0.01);血NO均低于正常对照组,血ET均高于正常对照组;与急性期相比,恢复期血NO含量增增加,ET含量均减少(P均〈0.01)。病灶越大者NO含理越低,而血ET含量却越高(P均〈0.05)。NO与ET二者间呈负相关关系(P〈0.05)。结论:血NO、ET可作为判断脑卒中病以重和估计预后的一种参考指标;血NO、ET可能参与了脑卒中的疾病发展、演变过程;提示脑卒中患者急性期使用增加NO合成或

Abstract:Objective To observe blood levels of nitric oxide (NO) and endoth elin (ET) in patients with acute cerebral vascular disease (ACVD),and their rel ationship with disease course,lesion size as well as prognosis. MethodsNitric acid reductase method was adopted to determine the metabolite of NO,the c ontent of ET was measured by radioimmunoassay. ResultsThere were no differences in NO and ET levels among cerebral infarction,cerebral hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH,P>0.05).In the acute phase,NO level was lower and ET was higher in cerebral incidents than that in control groups (all P<0.01).In t he convalescence phase,NO level was higher and ET was lower than that in the acu te phase (all P<0.01).The bigger the lesion size was,the lower NO level and the higher ET level was (all P<0.05).There was a significant negative corr elation between NO and ET levels (P<0.05). ConclusionsBlood NO and ET can serve as clinical markers for judging disease severity and prognosis.NO and ET may be involved in the development of acute cerebral vascula r diseases.Our data also suggest that it probably be beneficial to use of drug s to induce NO synthesis or ET receptorA antagonist during the acute phase.
