| 摘 要： | 目的观察晕复静对椎基底动脉供血不足病人的临床疗效.方法椎基底动脉供血不足病人182例,随机分为治疗组(晕复静组)90例和对照组92例,用药14 d,分别观察两组中医整治症状积分、临床疗效及检测的椎基底动脉血流速度.结果治疗后治疗组中医症状积分下降,明显优于对照组(P＜0.01);治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为56.67%、93.30%,优于对照组的29.35%、76.09%,椎基底动脉血流速度的改善治疗组亦明显优于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义.同时晕复静治疗后起效多在3 d内,较对照组迅速.结论晕复静可显著改善椎基底动脉血流,改善中医临床症状,对椎基底动脉供血不足的治疗有明显疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of Yunfujing on vertebral basilar artery insufficiency (VBI).Methods One hundred and eighty-two patients with (VBI) were divide into the treatment group treated by Yunfujing and the control group randomly.Results The cure rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were 56.67% and 93.30%, respectively; The cure rate and total effective rate in the control group were 29.35% and 76.09%, respectively(P<0.01). For relieving symptoms, the treatment group were superior to the control group (P<0.01).The brain blood flows evaluated by TCD in the treated group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Yunfujing was effective for treatment of VBI. |
