120株肠球菌耐药分析及药物选择

摘    要:目的观察肠球菌属的临床分布特点及耐药状况。方法收集医院2011年1月~6月培养检出的120株肠球菌属,分析其在各种临床标本中的分布特征和耐药状况。结果检出粪肠球菌63株(52.5%)、屎肠球菌48株(40.8%)、其他肠球菌8株(6.7%)。其中尿液中检出58株肠球菌(48.3%)。屎肠球菌的耐药率普遍较粪肠球菌高。未检出耐万古霉素的尿肠球菌和粪肠球菌,检出耐利奈唑胺粪肠球菌2株。结论肠球菌属感染以粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌为主,肠球菌属中各种菌对抗菌药物的耐药性有差异,应在抗菌药物敏感试验指导下并结合感染部位合理地选用抗菌药物。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the resistance of 120 Enterococcus.spp clinical isolates against antibiotics for providing guidance of clinical therapy.Methods Totally 120 isolates of Enterococcus.spp were collected in our hospital from January to July 2011 and the characteristics of species distribution and drug sensibility were analyzed.Results There were 63 strains E.faecalis(52.5%),48 strains E.faecium(40.8%) and 8 strains other Enterococcus(6.7%).There were 58 strains Enterococcus(48.3%) isolated from urine.The resistant rates of E.faecium were higher than E.faecalis in most antibiotics.In this study,no vancomycin-resistant E.faecium and E.faecalis were found.Two strains of linezolid resistant while vancomycin sensitive Enterococcus were found.Conclusion E.faecalis and E.faecium are the main strains.Antibiotics should be selected reasonably to Enterococcus isolates according to the result of drug sensitivity test combined with infectious organ.
