| 摘 要： | 目的观察健脾益肾颗粒减轻化疗毒副作用的临床疗效。方法将528例肿瘤患者随机分为健脾益肾联合化疗组（治疗组265例）和单用化疗组（对照组263例）。治疗组化疗时加服健脾益肾颗粒，对照组单用化疗，2组均连续化疗2个周期。观察2组有效率、治疗前后卡氏评分和免疫功能的变化及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率（CR＋PR）为61．4％、对照纽为60．5％，2组治疗后卡氏评分相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），免疫功能疗后治疗组与对照纽其NK细胞活性、CD3^＋（％）、CD4^＋（％）、CD8^＋（％）、CD4^＋／CD8^＋差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），治疗组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论健脾益肾颗粒能明显减轻化疗毒性，改善免疫功能，提高化疗疗效和患者生活质量。
