1048例浅部真菌病发病及镜检情况分析

目的 了解武汉地区浅部真菌病发病情况，并评估直接镜检法对浅部真菌病的诊断意义。方法对1048例临床拟诊断为浅部真菌病者进行真菌直接镜检。结果浅部真菌病发病率以手足癣(41．9％)、股癣(19．1％)、体癣(16．9％)为前三位。镜检总阳性率为52．7％，以股癣(73．5％)、体癣(73．5％)、花斑癣(67．4％)阳性率为前三位。镜检阳性率受病种、性别、年龄、取材部位等因素的影响。结论直接镜检作为真菌检查法简便易行，值得临床使用。

Analysis of epidemiology and microscrope examination in 1048 case of superficial mycosis

Objective To investigate the episode condition of superficial mycosis in Wuhan district and evaluate the significance of microscope examination.Methods 1048 suspected patients of superficial mycosis were examined by microscope examination.Results The top three incidence rates of superficial mycosis were tinea pedis and tinea manus( 41.9 %), tinea inguinalis ( 19.1 %), tinea corporis ( 16.9 %).The total postive rates were 52.7 % detected by microscopy and the top three postive rates were tinea inguinalis ( 73.5 %), tinea corporis ( 73.5 %), tinea versicolor( 67.4 %). The postive rates of microscope examination were affected by classification,sex,age and locus which we draw the materials from.Conclusion Microscope examination was worth using clinically as a convenient method for diagnosis of superficial mycosis.
