探讨Pre-S1与PCR-HBV-DNA拷贝数的关系

目的进一步探讨Pre-S1抗原与HBV-DNA拷贝数在临床上的应用。方法2007年10月至2008年3月所有住院和门诊的HBV感染者共680人，其中同时检测PCR-HBV-DNA检查的共200人。Pre-S1抗原用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附实验（ELISA），HBV-DNA拷贝数用实时荧光监测。结果HBe Ag阳性的．HBV-DNA几乎全阳性。HBeAb阳性的．HBV-DNA拷贝数阳性率比较低。大三阳患者（1．3．5阳性），Pre-S1抗原和HBV-DNA同时阳性的比率为97．8％。小三阳患者（1．4．5阳性）Pre-S1抗原和HBV-DNA同时阳性的比率为32．0％，1．5阳性Pre-S1抗原和HBV-DNA同时阳性的比率为35．0％。结论虽然Pre-S1抗原与HBV-DNA的复制相关，可作为早期诊断．疗效．评估等的指标，但在临床上和HBV-DNA同时监测是很有必要的。

Relationship between the HBV Pre-S1 antigen and HBV-DNA

Objective To investigate the clinic application of the HBV Pre-S1 antigen and HBV-DNA copies,. Methods, From Ostober 2007 to March2008,680 cases of patients with HBV infection in clinic and inpatient were detected,of whom the amount of HBV DNA in the serum of 200 patient was detected simultaneously.Pre-S1 antigen were detected by the double antibody sandwich ELISA technique and HBV DNA was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR technique. Results Among the HBeAg positive patients, almost all their HBV DNA was positive,while the anti-HBe positive patients＇s HBV-DNA copies showed a lower positive rate.Both HBV Pre-S1 antigen and HBV-DNA positive occupied 97.8%, 32.0% and 35.0% respectively among the HBsAg HBeAg anti-HBc positive patients, HBsAg anti-HBe anti-HBc positive patients and HBsAg anti-HBc positive patients. Conclusions HBV Pre-S1 antigen correlate HBV-DNA replication,which make it be used as a index of early diagnosis, therapeutic effect and assessment,but it is quite necessary to monitor simultaneously HBV DNA in clinical practice.
