| 摘 要： | 随着重大创新药物创制专项的实施,我国创新药物研发的数量将步入稳定上升期。纵观整个药物研发流程,从药物发现、临床前研究、临床研究直到药物上市,药物毒理学研究贯穿始终,并起着非常重要的作用。鉴于创新药物发现阶段药物毒理学地位和作用的日益突出,文中就相关研究的策略与方法作简要阐述。
