经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症311例围术期护理体会

目的：探讨经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）治疗前列腺增生症（BPH）围手术期的护理方法。方法：对行TURP术治疗的311例BPH患者,给予充分术前准备,术后严密观察生命体征变化,予以膀胱冲洗、气囊导尿管适度牵引,及时处理膀胱颈痉挛,积极预防并发症,并行出院后健康指导。结果：311例TURP术患者住院时间短、恢复快,均痊愈出院并排尿通畅。结论：对行TURP术患者施以精心围术期护理,可缩短患者住院时间,促进患者康复。

Experience of perioperative nursing care in the treatment of 311 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia by means of transurethral resection of prostate

Objective: To explore methods of nursing care in perioperative period for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated with transurethral resection of prostate.Methods: Full preparation was carried out preoperatively;postoperative observation was performed on vital signs of the patients.In addition,such nursing care as bladder irrigation,traction with ballon urethral cathether,treatment of bladder spasm,prevention from complication and instruction for discharged patients were applied.Results: All 311 patients were cured in short hospitalization and recovered with easy emiction.Conclusion: Careful perioperative nursing care can shorten hospitalization and promote restoration of patients treated with transurethral resection of prostate.
