| 摘 要： | 分析院前急救护士潜在的职业危害因素与防范对策,认为其受生物、理化、生理、心理、社会等因素的影响。指出应树立全面的防护管理理念,加强个人职业安全教育和培训,增强个人防护意识,以保证院前急救护士的自身安全,从而提高急救护理质量。

| Abstract: | This article analyzed the potential risk factors of occupational harm among pre-hospital first aid nurses,including biological,physical,chemical,physiological,psychological and social factors,etc.In order to guarantee the safety of pre-hospital first aid nurses and improve the quality of first aid,the author proposed that we should set up the management concept of overall precaution,strengthen the education and training of occupational safety,enforce self-protection consciousness,and so on. |
