| 摘 要： | 目的：评价单次静脉注射大剂量丙种球蛋白（IVIG）治疗川崎病的临床效果。方法：将65例确诊的川崎病患儿随机分为2组,Ⅰ组予静滴丙种球蛋白400mg/kg·d,连用5天;Ⅱ组予单剂量静滴丙种球蛋白1g/kg,并观察临床疗效及副作用。结果：Ⅱ组的疗效优于Ⅰ组（P〈0.05）,两组的副作用无显著性差异。结论：早期大剂量丙种球蛋白对川崎病患儿临床疗效显著,采用单剂静滴丙种球蛋白1g/kg是一种更为有效、经济、简便的治疗方案。

| Abstract: | Objective：This study is to investigate the clinical effects of intravenous high dose of gamma immunoglobulin in treatment of Kawasaki disease（KD）. Method：65 children with Kawasaki disease were divided into two groups： Groupl were treated with immunoglobulin （400mg/kg · d） dose for 5 days, and group2 were treated with immunoglobulin （ 1000mg/kg dose）. The clinical curative effects and side effects were observed. Result： Curative effect of group2 was better than groupl （P 〈0.05）, and there was no significant difference in the side effects between two groups. Conclusion： It had good clinical curative effects for the children with Kawasaki disease treated with intravenous high dose of gamma immunoglobulin earlier. It is confirmed as an effective, economical and simple method for that children to be treated with intravenous high dose of gamma immunoglobulin（1g/kg）. |
