影响中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变视功能的相关因素分析

目的 应用光学相干断层扫描(optical coherence tomopaphy，0CT)探讨影响中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(central serous choroidoretinopathy，CSC)视力的相关因素。方法 应用光学相干断层扫描仪对4l例42眼CSC患者进行检查，对视力与神经上皮脱离范围、神经上皮脱离高度、色素上皮脱离范围、色素上皮脱离高度和中心凹神经上皮层厚度5种测量指标进行线性相关分析。结果 局限性浆液性神经上皮脱离39只限，色素上皮脱离15只限。视力与神经上皮脱离范围、神经上皮脱离高度有显著的负相关。中心凹神经上皮层厚度较正常增厚，但视力与中心凹神经上皮层厚度、色素上皮脱离范围和高度无显著相关。结论 OCT对CSC的诊断及追踪观察具有重要的临床价值。神经上皮脱离范围和高度是影响视力的主要因素。

Evaluation of the factors impacting on the vision decrease with central serous choroidoretinopathy

Objective To evaluate the use of optical coherence tomography (OCT) in analysis of the vision decrease with central serous choroidoretinopathy (CSC). Methods Forty-one patients (42 eyes) were examined using OCT. Linear correlation analysis among the vision with five values was made. Results Thirty-nine eyes showed retinal serous neurosensory detachment and 15 eyes showed serous pigment epithelial detachment. The negative correlation was showed between vision with size and height of neurosensory detachment. Conclusion OCT is of practical significance in the diagnosis and following up CSC. The main factors influencing vision are size and height of neurosensory detachment.
