小儿肺炎支原体感染血清调查研究

目的对小儿呼吸道感染患者进行肺炎支原体(MP)检测,为临床诊断与治疗提供依据。方法对2010年9月—2011年9月门诊及住院收治的1480例儿科呼吸道感染患者采用日本富士瑞必欧式会社MP抗体检测试剂盒进行检测。比较不同年龄组及不同季节MP感染阳性检出结果。结果 1480例患儿中MP感染阳性检出415例,阳性检出率为28.04%。不同年龄组患儿MP感染阳性检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=50.36,P<0.05);不同季节MP感染阳性检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=39.52,P<0.05)。结论 MP为儿童呼吸道感染的主要病原体之一,学龄期儿童为好发年龄,易发季节为冬季。

Mycoplasma Pneumonia Infection in Children Serum Investigation

Objective Patients with respiratory tract infections in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP) testing for clinical diagnosis and therapy.Methods Rich Guthrie Japan will European clubs MP antibody detection kit(SERODIA-MYCO Ⅱ),for September 2010 September 2011 outpatient and inpatient pediatric patients treated 1480 cases were detected.Results Of 1480 cases in children,415 cases of MP detected positive,the positive detection rate of 28%.MP-positive children in each age group there is the detection rate significantly different(P<0.05),MP-positive detection rate in different seasons in different(P<0.05).Conclusion MP for children with respiratory tract infection in one of the major pathogens,school-age children is a good age,prone in the winter.
