中西医结合治疗肺癌的临床价值分析

目的 探讨中西医结合治疗肺癌的临床疗效.方法 将60例肺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组给予中医辨证治疗联合化疗药物顺铂治疗,对照组仅给予顺铂治疗,比较两组患者的疗效及不良反应情况.结果 观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为96.67%和 66.67%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 中西医结合治疗肺癌的临床疗效显著,能有效提高患者生存质量并延长生存期,值得临床推广和应用.
