心理干预联合药物治疗急性心肌梗死疗效分析

目的 探讨心理干预联合药物治疗急性心肌梗死的临床效果和安全性,提高急性心肌梗死的临床疗效.方法 分析2008年7月-2011年7月在药物治疗同期行心理干预治疗的40例心肌梗死患者的临床资料,并以同期单纯在用药物治疗的40例患者为对照组,比较两组患者治疗前后心理状态、治疗效果以及不良反应和并发症发生率.结果 观察组治疗后心理应激状态明显减轻,其中焦虑自测量表(SAS)和Zung抑郁自测量表(SDS)评分明显下降,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在药物治疗的基础上采取心理干预措施对急性心肌梗死患者进行心理干预,可有效提高效果,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广.

Psychological Intervention Drugs of Acute Myocardial Infarction Treatment Results

Objective To explore the psychological intervention joint drug treatment of acute myocardial infarction clinical effect and the safety of myocardial infarction,improve urgent clinical treatment of efficiency.Methods Retrospective analysis in July 2008 to July 2011 in the same period drugs do psychological intervention of 40 cases of myocardial infarction patients for clinical material,and to simply in the same period with drug therapy of 40 patients in the control group for comparison,the two groups before and after treatment in patients with mental state,the treatment effect and adverse reactions and complications.Results The observation group after treatment psychological stress state,which significantly reduce SAS and SDS score dropped significantly,compared with controls a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In drug treatment based on psychological intervention measures taken for patients with acute myocardial infarction psychological intervention,which can effectively improve the effect,reduce the complications,and clinical promotion.
