血府逐瘀汤及心理干预联合星状神经节阻滞对偏头痛的治疗效果

目的探讨血府逐瘀汤及心理干预联合星状神经节阻滞治疗偏头痛的效果。方法偏头痛患者90例，根据治疗方法不同随机分成3组（n=30）：Ⅰ组行星状神经节阻滞，Ⅱ组行星状神经节阻滞联合血府逐瘀汤，Ⅲ组在Ⅱ组基础上同时进行心理干预。结果于治疗后1年评价治疗效果。Ⅰ组治愈Ⅱ例，有效14例，无效5例；Ⅱ组治愈16例，有效13例，无效1例；Ⅲ组治愈23例，症状体征明显改善7例。Ⅲ组较其他两组治愈率高，治疗次数少（P〈0．05）。结论血府逐瘀汤及心理干预联合星状神经节治疗偏头痛有确切治疗效果，且可缩短治疗疗程。

Efficacy of xuefuzhuyu decoction and psychological intervention combined with stellate ganglion block in patients with migraine disorders

Objective To explore the efficacy of xuefuzhuyu decoction and psychological intervention combined with stellate ganglion block in the treatment of patients with migraine disorders. Methods Ninety patients with migraine disorders were randomly divided into three groups according to the method of treatment （n= 30 each） ： stellate ganglion block group （group Ⅰ ） , stellate ganglion block combined with xuefuzhuyu decoction group （group Ⅱ ）, xuefuzhuyu decoction and psychological intervention combined with stellate ganglion block group （group Ⅲ ）. Results After one year of the treatment, 11, 14 and 5 cases were graded as cure, effectiveness and ineffectiveness respectively in group Ⅰ , 16, 13 and 1 cases respectively in group Ⅱ , 23 cases were cure in group Ⅲ , and other seven cases significantly improved after the treatment. Compared with group Ⅰ and n , the rate of cure was increased, and treatment course was short in group Ⅲ（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The method of xuefuzhuyu decoction and psychological intervention combined with stellate ganglion block can provide a definite efficacy and shorten the course of treatment in patients with migraine disorders.
