闭合复位穿针治疗近节指骨基底骨折

目的探讨采用闭合复位穿针技术治疗近节指骨基底骨折的方法及疗效。方法我院自2008年12月-2010年12月，对13例17处近节指骨基底新鲜闭合性骨折采用手法整复、闭合穿针内固定术治疗。结果术后随访3-8个月，x片示所有骨折均近解剖复位，骨折愈合时间6～9周，平均7．8周，伤指功能恢复满意。结论近节指骨基底新鲜闭合性骨折行闭合复位内固定术具有损伤小、固定可靠、手术操作简单、并发症少及功能恢复良好等优点。

Treatment of proximal phalanx base fracture by closing restoration and internal fixation with kirschner wire

Objective To explore the effect of closing restoration and internal fixation with Kirschner wire for healing the proximal phalanx base fracture. Methods From December 2008 to December 2010, we used the dosing restoration and internal fixation with Kirschner wire to heal the fresh closing fracture on the base of the proximal phalanx of 13 cases and 17 fingers. Results For following-up 3-8 months after operation, it showed anatomical reduction approximately. Fracture union time ranged from 6 to 9 weeks, and average time was 7.8 weeks. Functions of the wound fingers were satisfied. Conclusion It has several advantages, such as micro-damage, reliable fixation, simplicity of operation, litde complication and favourable function recovery,that using closing restoration and internal fixation with kirschner wire to heal the fresh fracture on the base of the proximal phalanx.
