无水乙醇阻滞与射频热凝术治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效比较

目的比较无水乙醇阻滞与射频热凝术治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者279例，随机分为2组：无水乙醇阻滞治疗组139例，射频热凝治疗组140例。于治疗前和治疗后6个月时采用疼痛6点评分法评估疼痛程度。结果无水乙醇阻滞治疗组痊愈、好转、无效率依次为86．3％（120／139例）、13．7％（19／139例）、0％（0／139例）；射频热凝术治疗组痊愈、好转、无效率依次为84．3％（118／140例）、15．7％（22／140例）、0％（0／140例）。治疗前后两组疼痛评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），不良反应差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论无水乙醇阻滞与射频热凝均是治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的有效疗法，但射频热凝术不良反应发生率高于无水乙醇阻滞。

Comparison of the effects of absolute ethanol block and radiofrequency thermocoagulation on patients with postherpetic neuralgia

Objective To compare the effects of absolute ethanol block and radiofrequency thermocoagulation on postherpetic neuralgia. Methods Two hundred and seventy-nine patients with postherpetie neuralgia who came to our hospital were randonaly divided into two groups： absolute ethanol block group（n= 139） and radiofrequency thermocoagulation group（n= 140）. The pain score was evaluated by 6 points method before and 6th month after the treatment. Results The cure rate, the improved rate and non-effective rate were 86.3% （120/139 cases）, 13.7 （19/139 cases）, and 0% （0/139 cases） in the ethanol group, and 84.3% （118/140 cases）, 15.7 （22/140 cases）, and 0% （0/140 cases） in the radiofrequency thermocoagulation group respectively. There was no significant difference in the pain score between the two groups before and after the treatment（P〉0.05）. But the adverse reactions between the two groups were of significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Both the absolute ethanol block and radiofrequency thermocoagulation are effective to treatment of postherpetic neuralgia, but the adverse reactions is higher in radiofrequency thermocoagulation than that in absolute ethanol block.
