摘    要:髂筋膜腔隙阻滞已成功应用于髋部骨折、股骨颈骨折、全髋及全膝关节置换术后镇痛。超声引导技术的引入可在图像七直接显示髂筋膜腔隙,实时显示局麻药的扩散,提高阻滞成功率,减少帆管、股神经损伤等并发症。同时也可在髂筋膜腔隙留置导管行连续术中和术后镇痛,为临床神经阻滞和术后镇痛提供了新的方法和途径。

Abstract:Fascia iliaca compartment block has been successfully used for postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing hip fracture, neck of femur fracture, total hip arthroplasty and total knee arthroplasty. Based on the ultrasound-guided technique, the fascia iliaca compartment and the realtime spread of local anesthetic during injection through the needle can be shown clearly. The successful rate of fascia iliaca compartment has been raised while the complications such as the femoral vessels and femoral nerve injury has been decreased by this technique. A catheter can be placed in the fascia iliaea compartment for continuous intraoperative and postoperative pain control. It may provide a new method for nerve block and postoperative analgesia.
