OGTT试验对筛查冠心病患者中糖代谢异常的应用研究

目的探讨OGTT试验在冠心病患者中筛查糖代谢异常的概率及临床意义。方法选择2010年1月—2011年8月在我院就诊的稳定性冠心病患者60例。入院后行OGTT试验者30名(OGTT组),仅检测FPG者30名(FPG组),其中,OGTT组存在心血管危险因素(肥胖、血脂异常、血压升高、靶器官损害、颈部斑块等)者14名,FPG组存在心血管危险因素者16名。采用两组对照概率进行分析。结果冠心病患者行OGTT试验筛查糖代谢异常的概率高于仅行FPG筛查糖代谢异常的概率。结论存在心血管危险因素的冠心病患者行OGTT实验筛查糖代谢异常的概率最高。

For Patients with Coronary Artery Disease(OGTT)Test Screening Sugar Metabolism Abnormal Function and Meaning Mining Hospital in A Family of Yuxi
