罂粟碱湿敷预防乳腺癌改良根治术术后皮瓣坏死的临床观察

目的：观察罂粟碱热湿敷预防乳腺癌改良根治术术后皮瓣坏死的效果。方法：利用罂粟碱稀释液对乳腺癌改良根治术术中皮瓣创面进行热湿敷,与传统生理盐水纱布湿敷进行对照,观察其对术后皮瓣坏死的预防效果。结果：罂粟碱组48例,术后发生皮瓣坏死2例,占4.16%;生理盐水组44例,术后发生皮瓣坏死8例,占18.18%。两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：罂粟碱皮瓣创面湿敷对乳腺癌改良根治术术后皮瓣坏死有预防作用。

Clinical Observation of Papaverine Wet Compress to Prevent Breast Cancer after Modified Radical Mastectomy Skin Flap Necrosis

Objective：To observe the papaverine hot wet compress to prevent breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy skin flap necrosis.Method： The use of papaverine diluent right modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer surgery flap wound thermal wet packing,with the traditional saline gauze wet packing were compared to observe its preventive effect of skin flap necrosis.Result： Papaverine group 48 cases,postoperative skin flap necrosis occurred in 2 cases,accounting for 4.16%;saline group 44 cases,8 cases of postoperative skin flap necrosis,accounting for 18.18%.Difference between the two groups was significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Papaverine flap wound wet dressing with heat after modified radical mastectomy skin flap necrosis have a preventive role.
