| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨旋提扳法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效和安全性.方法:将59例患者分为治疗组(旋提扳法组)32例,对照组(理筋手法组)27例.治疗1疗程,每周2次,共4次,其中51例患者获随访(时间为4周),观察治疗前后患者疗效,并参照相关的椎动脉型颈椎病功能评定量表予以评分.结果:治疗组与对照组总体疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),说明治疗组疗效优于对照组.32例治疗组患者愈显率为81%,27例对照组患者愈显率为66%.结论:旋提扳法能明显改善椎动脉型颈椎病患者的临床症状,手法安全,疗效好,临床易于操作,患者易接受和配合.临床疗效满意.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the curative effect and safety of rotating,lifting and wrenching technique in treating of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.
