三七杜仲颗粒对去势雌性大鼠骨密度的影响

目的探讨三七杜仲颗粒对去势大鼠骨密度的作用。方法 SPF级雌性SD大鼠60只,随机分成6组:三七杜仲颗粒低、中、高剂量组(0.167、0.333、1.000 g/kg·bw),碳酸钙对照组、模型对照组及假手术组。12周后,测定动物体重、股骨干重、骨密度和骨钙含量。结果高剂量组股骨中心骨密度、股骨远心端骨密度、骨钙含量显著高于模型对照组(P0.05)。结论三七杜仲颗粒具有增加去势大鼠骨密度的功能。

Effect of Sanqi Granule on bone mineral density in ovariectomized rats

Objective To explore the role of Sanqi Duzhong Granule in increasing bone mineral densities of ovariectomized rats. Methods Sixty female Sprague Dawley rats were divided into 6 groups, including low , medium - and high- dose Sanqi Duzhong Granule groups （0. 167, 0. 333 and 1. 000 g/kg. bw）, calcium carbonate control group, model control group and sham operation group. All rats in the 6 groups were respectively treated with their test materials for 12 weeks. Then body weight, thighbone weight, bone densities and calcium quantities of bone of all the rats were measured. Results Body mineral densities of the midpoint and the distal femur as well as the calcium content of the femur were significantly higher in high- dose group than in model control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Sanqi Duzhong Granule can increase the bone mineral densities of rats.
