燃煤污染型氟中毒病区砷中毒调查

目的 了解燃煤污染型氟中毒病区是滞存在燃煤污染型砷中毒，以及危害程度和主要临床表现。方法 根据氟中毒病区分布，对其环境砷背景及致人群中毒情况进行流行病学调查，采集石煤、土壤、粮食、空气、水源、蔬菜、茶叶、头发、尿，用无色散氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法进行砷含量测定。结果 发现燃用高砷煤可污染空气及食物，使居室空气砷含量超过国家规定达700倍，致存放的粮食含砷量显高于对照点。检出患病率为10.7%（以皮肤色素改变，粗糙、皲裂、脱屑为主）。患病率随年龄增长与尿砷、发砷呈正比上升。结论 燃煤污染型氟中毒病区伴有燃煤污染型砷中毒，对环境和人群有一定的影响和危害。

An Investigati0n on arsenic surroundings and arsenic poisoning in endemic nuorosis ofthe type of burning coal pullution in Ankang city

Objective In order to find out whether endemic f luorosis of the type of burning coal pollution follows endemic arsenism of the type of burning coal pollution,and its harmful degree and main clinical manifestation.Methods According to distri-bution of endemic fluorosis,we had b een in progress investigation to its surroundings and endemic arsenism o f crowd by epidemic disease study.We gathered coal?soil?hair?food?air?vegetable?water source?tea?urine,and arsenic content was measu red.Results High arsenic burning coal can pollut e air and food,and may cause arsenic c ontent of house overstep 700time of c ountry standard,arsenic content of food in house exce eds remarkable contrast team.The il lness rate of arsenic poisoning is 10.7%,and the illness rate with the growth of age increases in direct ratio with arsenic content of urine and hair.Conclusions Endemic fluorosis of the type of burning coal pllution follow s endemic arsenism of the type of burn ing coal pollution,and it is harmful and has an effeet on crowd and environment.
