正交试验优化白及成膜材料的制备工艺

摘    要:目的:优化白及成膜材料的制备工艺。方法:以白及与溶剂蒸馏水不同比例浓度、浸出温度、浸出时间为可变因素,选用L9(33)表进行正交试验。结果:最佳工艺为白及与蒸馏水1∶10、40℃水浴、浸提24h,在上述条件下,药材易渗透变软,浆液制备简单,浸出率高,粘性大,成膜、脱膜性能良好。结论:该法所制白及膜可作为较理想的薄膜剂的成膜材料。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To optimize the preparation technics of bletillae rhizoma film-former.METHODS:The optiˉmum preparation technology was conducted by orthogonal design L 9 (3 3 )with different concentration ratios between bletillae rhizome and solvent(distilled water),the extraction temperature and extraction time taken as variable factors.RESULTS:The optimized technnics of bletillae rhizome were like the following:the proportion of bletillae rhizome to distilled water was1∶10;the temperature of waterbath was40℃;the lixiviation time was24h.Under this technics,the preparations were easy to permeate and to become softened;the preparation process of serous fluid was simple;both the extraction ratio and the visˉcosity were high;the film-former showed a good filming and defilming performance.CONCLUSION:Bletillae rhizoma film prepared under this method can be an ideal film-former of film agent.
