吡硫翁锌气雾剂治疗石棉状糠疹的疗效观察

目的探讨吡硫翁锌气雾剂治疗石棉状糠疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法将40例患者随机分成2组,试验组20例外用吡硫翁锌气雾剂,对照组20例外用复方酮康唑发用洗剂;疗程8周,每4周复诊1次,观察疗效及不良反应。结果治疗4周后,试验组和对照组有效率分别为60％和35％;治疗8周后,2组有效率分别为90％和60％。2组均未见明显不良反应。结论吡硫翁锌气雾剂治疗石棉状糠疹安全有效。

Clinical Efficacy of Pyrithione Zinc Aerosol on Treating Pityriasis Amiantacea

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of pyrithione zinc aerosol in the treatment of pityriasis amiantaeea. Methods 40 patients with pityriasis amiantacea were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （20） was treated with pyrithione zinc aerosol; the control group （20） was treated with compound ketoconazole lotion for scalp disorders. The treatment duration of both two groups was eight weeks. Follow-up was done at four weeks and eight weeks. The clinical efficacy and advers effect were evaluated at each visit. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 60% in four weeks and reached the 90% in eight weeks. The effective rate of the control group was 35% in four weeks and it reached the 60% in eight weeks. No adverse effect related to the drug was found in two groups. Conclusion It is effective and safety for pyrithione zinc aerosol in the treatment of pityriasis amiantacea.
