糖尿病联盟对温岭市某医院糖尿病患者血糖控制及生活质量的影响

目的：探讨糖尿病联盟对温岭市某医院糖尿病患者血糖控制及生活质量的影响.方法：以温岭市某医院治疗的糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用自愿原则组成糖尿病联盟即为试验组,并与常规护理组为对照即为对照组.比较干预后1年两组的血糖控制及生活质量情况.结果：干预1年后,试验组空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖和糖化血红蛋白显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;干预1年后,试验组在躯体健康、躯体角色功能、躯体疼痛、情绪角色功能和健康变化指标评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论：采用“糖尿病联盟”进行社区护理可改善糖尿病患者血糖控制,提高其生活质量.

Evaluation of Diabetes Federation on the Glycemic Control and Quality of Life in Diabetes Mellitus Patients in a Hospital in Wenling

Objective：To explore the effects of diabetes federation on glycemic control and the quality of life in diabetes mellitus （DM） patients.Methods：30 DM patients who joined to the diabetes federation were divided into the observe group,and 30 DM patients who didn＇t join to the diabetes federation were divided into the compared group.After 1 year,the glycemic control and the quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results：After 1 year,the fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 hour blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observed group were significantly lower than that in the control group （P ＜0.05）.After 1 year,the observed group improved significantly in SF-36,such as physical health,physical role function,body pain,role emotional function and changes in health indicators （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：The community nursing ways of ＂ diabetes mellitus＂ could improve glycemic control and quality of life in DM patients.
