六味地黄丸联合伐昔洛韦对复发性生殖器疱疹效果及T淋巴细胞调控研究

目的观察六味地黄丸联合伐昔洛韦对复发性生殖器疱疹（GH）复发情况的影响及其免疫调节作用。方法将76例复发性生殖器疱疹患者随机分为2组，各38例，治疗组予六味地黄丸联合伐昔洛韦片治疗，对照组单用伐昔洛韦片治疗，2组连续用药6个月。治疗前、后分别检测患者的免疫功能，并比较复发情况。结果治疗结束后，治疗组T淋巴细胞CD4＋和CD4＋／CD8＋比值升高，CD8＋降低，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；对照组治疗前后上述指标无明显变化。随访3个月时，治疗组复发5例（13．16％），对照组复发12例（31．58％）；随访6个月时，治疗组复发8例（21．05％），对照组复发20例（52．63％）；随访12个月时，治疗组复发10例（26．31％），对照组复发26例（68．42％），以上差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论六味地黄丸对复发性疱疹患者的免疫功能具有调节作用，并能降低GH的复发率。

Immune Modulatory and Therapeutical Effect of Liuwei Dihuang Pill Accessory Therapy in Treating Recurrent Genital Herpes

Objective To observe the recurrence and immune modulatory effect of Liuwei Dihuang Pill （LWDHW） combined valaciclovir tablets in treating recurrent genital herpes （GH）. Methods 76 patients were divided into two groups randomly. The LWDHW group included （treatment group） 38 cases and the control group included 38 cases. The treatment group was treated with LWDHW combined with valaeiclovir tablets, while the control group was treated with valaciclovir tablets only. The drug use of these two groups lasted six months. The immunologic function of patients was detected before and after treatment and the recurrence rate of two groups was compared. Results The CD4＋ and CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio of the treatment group raised and CD8＋ lowered（P〈0.05） after treatment, while in the control group, the above mentioned parameters were not changed significantly. Three months after treatment, the follow-up visit showed that there were five recurrence cases （13.16%） in treatment group, while 12 recurrence cases （31.58%） in control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Six months after treatment, eight recurrence eases（21.05% ） in the treatment group ,which was lower than that in the control group（20 cases, 52.63%） significantly （P〈0.01）; 12 months after treatment,10 recurrence cases （26.31%） in the treatment group,26 recurrence cases （68.42%） in the control group,the difference between two groups was still significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion LWDHW has immune modulatory effect on patients with recurrent genital herpes, and it could reduce the recurrence rate.
