| 摘 要： | 有关电视腹腔镜胆囊切除术的并发症，迄今尚未见国内之专题报道，我院于１９９１年１２月至１９９３年４月开展此项手术４６３例中５例技术性重大并发症引出的教训，探讨并发症的预防和处理，提出了技术操作上的若干改进，从而在其后的４２３例腹腔镜胆囊切除术中未再出现过同类并发症。

| Abstract: | Up to now, there are few reports mentioning the laparoscopic videocholecystectomy (L. C. )in the domestic. 5 of 453 cases who underwent the attemptof L. C. had serious complications owing to technique in our hospital from December 1991 to April 1993. Therefore, the article analyzed the prevention and treatment of the complication, and suggested much improvement of the operation. As aresult, there were not the postoperative compications in more than 423 cases following the lesson. |
