经皮肝穿刺集束电极射频治疗肝癌(附35例报告)

摘    要:目的 总结集束电极射频治疗肝癌的近期疗效。方法 对35 例肝癌41 次射频治疗,通过对手术前后肿瘤的大小、病人的自觉症状和AFP 值改变进行对比观察。结果 35 例于治疗后10 天、5 例于治疗后30 天进行彩色B超及CT 复查结果:10 天后71.4 % 病人肿瘤体积缩小在30 % 以上,30 天后全部病人肿瘤体积缩小在40 % 以上,与术前相比全部瘤体内血供消失。80 % 病人自觉症状改善,其AFP 值下降者占50 % ,无手术死亡,术后并发症为17.6 % 。结论 集束电极射频治疗中晚期肝癌近期效果确切而满意

Abstract:Objective Summarize the treatment of hepatocarcinoma by RF with clustered electrode technique.Method Observe thirty-five cases of hepatocarcinoma with fourty-one times RF treament results by comparing preoperative and postoperative image data,tumor size,symptom and AFP value.Thirty-five cases 10d postoperatively and five cases 30d postoperatively underwent color ultrasonography and CT scanning.Result The tumor size decreased 30% in 71 4% patients 10d postoperatively.The size decreased 40% in all patients 30d postoperatively,the symptom abated in 80% patients,AFP value decreased in 50% pateints,no operative death,postoperative complication was 17 6%.Conclusion The treatment of hepatocarcinoma by RF with clustered electrode has significant early results.
