CT与MRI结合在结节性硬化症影像学诊断中的价值

目的探讨结节性硬化在脑内的CT及MRI表现,重点研究磁共振FLAIR序列在疾病诊断中的价值。方法分析经临床和病理证实的23例结节性硬化的CT、MRI影像学表现。结果CT表现为脑室周围的钙化结节,皮层及皮层下多发低密度结节,室管膜下巨细胞星形细胞瘤。MRI表现为脑实质多发异常信号,T1WI呈低信号,T2WI呈高信号,FLAIR呈高信号,室管膜下巨细胞星形细胞瘤,脑室周围结节。结论结节性硬化在脑内的CT表现有一定特征性;MRI尤其是FLAIR序列检查能发现更多病变,对非钙化性病变敏感;两者结合能增加病灶的显示。

CT and MR imaging appearance of intracranial manifestations in tuberous sclerosis complex

Objective To investigate CT and MR imaging manifestations of the intracranial lesions in tuberous sclerosis complex. To emphasize to study the value of FLAIR imaging.Methods 23 cases of tuberous sclerosis complex justified by clinical and pathology were studied retrospectively. CT and MR imaging manifestations were analyzed.Results Typical periventricular nodules calcified that projected into the lateral ventricles were found on CT. Intracortical or subcortical tubers and subependymal giant cell astrocytomas (SGCA) were also found. Multiple parenchymal abnormal signal were displayed on MRI T1WI show hypo-intensity,and T2WI show hyper-intensity of lesion. Visibility as hyperintensities on FLAIR was comparatively clear.Conclusion Characteristic signs on CT can help to diagnosis tuberous sclerosis complex. MRI,especially on FLAIR series is more sensitive in noncalcified lesions. The function of MRI and CT are complementarily.
