| 摘 要： | ３２例肥厚性幽门狭窄患儿，因长期大量呕吐、摄入不足及吸收障碍等原因，均有不同程度的低钙、低镁血症，其中低钙２４例，低镁１８例，钙、镁均低者１６例。临床表现为易惊、睡眠不安、夜哭、四肢震颤、头向后仰、背肌紧张、面部抽搐，严重者出现喉痉挛。经使用钙、镁制剂后得到控制。

| Abstract: | Because of persistent vomiting, inadequate intake and malabsorption, 32 cases of pyloric stenosis had vari ous degrees of hypocalcemia and hypomagnesemia. Of them, hypocalcemia was in 24 , hypomagnesemia was in 18, and hypocalcemia and hypomagnesemia were in 16.The presentation was to be frightened easily, dyssomnia.night crying, tremor, hypsokinesis and facial or glottic spasm. With the application of pharmaceutical calcium and magnesium, the symptom has been under control. |
