| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经胸和经食道超声心动图在诊断主动脉瓣畸形中的应用价值,方法：对11例主动脉瓣畸形患者进行回顾性分析,总结病变的二维超声特点及血流动力学特征。结果：11例主动脉瓣畸形患者包括先天性主动脉瓣下移1例,二叶瓣畸形9例,四叶瓣畸形1例。结论：超声心动图能无创准确的诊断主动脉瓣畸形。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the values of transthoracic and transesophageale chocardiography in the diagnosis of aortic valve deformity.Methods: eleven patients with aortic valve deformity were retrospectively analyzed,The two-dimensional characteristics and hemodynamic features of aortic valve deformity were reviewed.Results: There were 11 cases of patients with aortic valve deformity in this group,one case was Downword Displacement of aortic valve,nine cases were bicuspid,one case was quadricuspid.Conclusion... |
