| 摘 要： | 目的比较经鼻肠管和鼻胃管进行肠内营养在重型颅脑损伤患者中的临床应用效果，选择一条更有效的肠内营养途径。方法将57例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分成两组进行肠内营养支持，研究组采用鼻肠管，对照组采用鼻胃管。观察两组的并发症发生率及住ICU时间，进行比较及统计学分析。结果两组患者的并发症发生率及住ICU时间存在明显差异。结论在重型颅脑损伤患者经鼻肠管给予肠内营养更为安全、有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of gastric nutrition and small intestinal nutrition in the patients with severe head injury,and choose a more effective way of enteral nutrition.Methods Fifty-seven patients with severe head injury were divided at random into two groups:enteral nutrition via a nasointestinal tube(27 patients)or a nasogastric tube(30 patients).The incidence of complications and the time in intensive care unit(ICU)were observed and compared.Result There were significant differences in the incidence of complications and the time in ICU between two groups.Conclusions Post-pyloric feeding is more effective and safe in the patients with severe head injury. |
