皮肤过敏原点刺试验在儿童哮喘病原诊断中的应用

目的 了解皮肤过敏原点刺试验在哮喘病原诊断中的应用。方法 变应原皮试液由上海医科大学提供，用生理盐水作阴性对照，盐酸组织胺作阳性对照。以患儿前臂屈侧，婴幼儿亦可用背部皮肤进行点刺试验。结果 阳性结果依次为上海螨、屋尘、棉絮、蟑螂、枕垫、霉菌和花粉等，全部阴性20例。结论 从一个侧面说明了本地区引起哮喘发作的各种致敏因素，皮肤过敏原点剌试验对患儿痛苦小，易于操作，重复性较高，但尚存在假阳性及假阴性的情况，操作时针刺点深浅掌握不好易影响结果，故对其结果必须结合临床具体分析。

The application of skin prick test in the pathogeny diagnosis of children'''' s Asthma

Objective To acquaint the application of skin prick test in the pathogeny diagnosis of asthma.Methods The allergic liquid for test are provided by Shanghai Medical University.The negative control liguid is Sodium Chloride Injection(0 9%)and the positive control liquid is hydrochloric histramine.We do the skin prick test on the flexor side of forearm,it also can be tested in the back skin for infant.Results The positive results are Shanghai acarus,house dust,cotton fibre ,roach, bloster.mould,pollen insequence.Conclusion The study illustrates kinds of allergic factor causing the asthma in one side in the area.The skin prick test make little pain the patient.It can be appied easily and the repeatability is very high.But it also appear the false negative or false positive and the depth of the prick also affects the result.So we must analyze the test result with the clinic actuality.
