| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨喉及下咽癌切除手术减少咽瘘发生的措施.方法]1996-2008年,共施行喉及下咽癌手术302例:喉部分切除术155例,近全喉切除术58例,全喉切除术64例,保留喉功能的下咽癌切除术9例,下咽癌切除喉气管整复术4例,下咽颈段食管癌切除气管代食道术12例,其中,颈清扫术132例.总结分析围手术期处理及术中操作技巧对减少咽瘘的作用.结果]本组病例发生咽瘘9例,发生率3.0%,属于较低水平.结论]术中缝合及术后加压包扎技巧能有效预防咽瘘的发生.
