| 摘 要： | 目的研究运动性疲劳大鼠抗氧化能力变化及中药仙鹤草对氧自由基的作用。方法选用SD大鼠,随机分为5组。采用中等强度跑台运动建立运动性疲劳大鼠模型,检测大鼠血清乳酸(LA)、丙二醛(MDA)含量与乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果运动性疲劳模型大鼠血清LA、MDA含量升高,LDH、SOD活性降低,与正常组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01)。仙鹤草能降低血清LA、MDA含量,升高LDH、SOD活性,与模型组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01)。结论仙鹤草有一定的抗疲劳作用,其作用机制可能与其提高抗氧化能力、减少自由基代谢产物有关。
