| 摘 要： | 目的]了解眼眶腺样囊性癌临床治疗情况。方法]收集2003年1月～2010年12月期间在本院住院治疗的40例眼眶腺样囊性癌患者的的个人资料,对其进行回顾性分析。结果]治疗以后,对40例患者进行随访:1年内患者情况良好者37例,死亡3例;2年后情况仍旧良好者30例,病情反复者6例,死亡4例;3年以后进行随访,20例情况仍旧良好。结论]患者的病情、肿瘤细胞清除是否彻底、患者年龄、患者的体质、治疗方案的实施是否合理等均会影响眼眶腺样囊性癌的治疗效果。
