摘    要:目的探讨改良经皮穿刺桡动脉行冠状动脉介入诊疗患者的桡动脉压迫方法,减少桡动脉平均压迫总时间,降低患者术后不适。方法选取接受桡动脉介入诊疗的患者235例,随机分为试验组120例和对照组115例。试验组在桡动脉穿刺点外贴一块3 cm×4 cm大小的云南白药止血贴,再使用TR Band压迫止血,总充气量为18ml。对照组即用传统的方法在穿刺点使用TR Band压迫止血,总充气量在16 ml,观察两组桡动脉平均压迫总时间及并发症。结果两组年龄、性别、体重、身高、手术时间、手术方式比较,差异无统计学意义(p>0.05),试验组桡动脉平均压迫总时间(4.3±2.1)h,对照组桡动脉平均压迫总时间(15.1±4.4)h,两组比较,差异有显著统计学意义(p<0.001),具有可比性。结论术后在桡动脉穿刺点外贴一块3 cm×4 cm大小的云南白药止血贴,再加大TR Band充气量,减少了桡动脉平均压迫总时间,降低了患者术后不适。

Abstract:Objective To explore improving the compression method of radial artery after percutaneous coronary intervention treatment via radial artery to decrease the total time of depression and postoperative discomfort of patients. Methods Select receiving TRI 235 patients for diagnosis and treatment,and divided them randomly into observation group(120 patients) and control group(115 cases).In the observation group posted outside the radial artery puncture site Yunnanbaiyao hemostatic paste with the size of a 3 cm×4 cm,then use TR Band to compress the blood,the total inflated volume is 18ml.In control group,used traditional hemostasis TR Band in the puncture site,the total inflated volume is 16ml.Radial artery pressure were observed on average total time and complications. Results Compare the age,gender,operative time,surgical way of the two groups,there is no significant difference(p0.05),But the mean radial artery compression total time in observation group is(4±2.1)h,and that of the control group is(15.0±4.3)h,Difference between two groups was statistically significant(p0.001).It's comparable. Conclusion After operation,post a 3 cm× 4 cm sized Yunnanbaiyao hemostatic paste to the radial artery puncture site,and then increase the TR Band inflation volume,not only reduce the mean total time of radial artery compression but also reduce postoperative discomfort.
