| 摘 要： | 目的了解医院住院药房关于抗高血压药物的使用情况,为临床用药提供参考。方法对2009～2010年我院住院药房抗高血压药物的使用情况进行统计和分析。结果用药频度(DDDs)居于前5位的分别为钙拮抗剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂(ARB)、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(ACEI)、β受体阻断剂以及利尿剂;除利尿剂外,其余各类药物的销售金额和用药频度均有所上升。结论医院住院病人抗高血压药物使用基本合理,高效、持久、不良反应少及价格便宜的抗高血压药物仍然是未来发展的趋势。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the utilization of anti-hypertensive drugs in our hospital pharmacy and provide a reference for clinical medication. Methods Collect and analyze the utilization of anti-hypertensive drugs in our hospital pharmacy in year 2009 and 2010. Results The first 5 of DDDs were Ca2＋ channel blocker,angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist,angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor,β receptor blocker and diuretic.Except the diuretic,the amount of marketing and DDDs of other kinds of drugs were raised. Conclusion The utilization of anti-hypertensive drugs in our hospital is reasonable.High performance,duration,low adverse effect and low-cost are the tendency of the anti-hypertensive drugs in the future. |
