| 摘 要： | 目的观察育阴潜阳方结合西药治疗高血压性心脏病的疗效及安全性。方法将85例高血压性心脏病患者随机分为A组42例和B组43例。B组给予常规治疗控制血压至正常范围内,并予地高辛0.125 mg 1次/d口服强心,呋噻米20～40 mg 1次/d口服利尿及鲁南欣康片20 mg 3次/d口服扩管,A组在B组的基础上予自拟育阴潜阳方口服。2组均治疗4周后评定疗效。结果 2组临床疗效无显著性差异,而中医症候评分有显著性差异;2组治疗后血脑钠肽(BNP)、CRP值及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)值均明显降低,且A组降低更明显。结论育阴潜阳方结合西药治疗高血压性心脏病可以改善心功能及中医证候评分,提高生活质量,减少CRP、Hcy等危险因素,有益于长期预后。
