| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微型钛板内固定治疗掌指骨骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2008年1月～2010年1月采用微型钛板治疗掌指骨骨折并取得随访的28例患者共37处骨折,术后早期功能锻炼。结果随访8～19个月,所有骨折均骨性愈合,手指功能按照TAM评定标准,优13例,良10例,可4例,差1例。结论微型钛板内固定为掌指骨骨折提供了牢固的固定,可早期功能锻炼,有利于手功能恢复,是一种治疗掌指骨骨折理想的方法。
