摘    要:目的通过缺血预处理后大鼠局灶脑缺血模型观察神经细胞HSP70、GFAP变化。方法成年健康SD大鼠72只,随机分为预处理组、缺血组、假手术组,用大脑中动脉栓塞法制作脑缺血动物模型,每组在造模成功后24h、48 h、72 h取出大鼠脑组织。免疫组化(Immunohistochemistry,IHC)方法观察各个时间观察点HSP70蛋白和GFAP蛋白的表达。结果免疫组化结果显示,HSP70蛋白和GFAP蛋白大脑皮质等部位的细胞上呈阳性表达,其表达程度随时间延长存在明显差异。结论脑缺血预处理可上调大鼠神经细胞HSP70和GFAP的表达。

Abstract:【Objective】 To investigate HSP70 and GFAP changes in neural cells of ischemic preconditioning in rat cerebral ischemia model.【Methods】 72 adult SD rats were randomLy divided into the pretreatment group,ischemia group and sham group,middle cerebral artery embolization production of cerebral ischemia animal model,each24 hours after successful modeling,48 h,72 h remove the rat brain tissue.Immunohistochemistry(Immunohistochemistry,IHC) was observed each time to observethe point of HSP70 protein and GFAP expression.【Resluts】The results of immunohistochemical results show that the positive expression of HSP70 and GFAP in cerebral cortex andother parts of the cells,its expression level significantly different with time.【Conclusion】Cerebral ischemic preconditioning can upregulate rat nerve cells of HSP70 and GFAP expression.
